on site built pump stations - THE build
When building on-site pump stations we largely take a hands-off approach and let your teams do what they do best. Whilst we can give guidance of chamber size it is up the consulting engineer or principal designer to complete any required flotation calculations and other structural calculations to ensure the build of the system is up to specification.
Some important points to remember is that the structure is water proof and that no unexpected flows are reaching the pumps as this may cause future issues.
