SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Keeping up the servicing and maintenance on your system is critical to avoid early failure and keep your system running at optimum performance and at low cost.

1. INITIAL STEP

Send us any details of the system.  You may be eligible for a free system investigation where we will analyse the system in great detail and provide comprehensive report.

2. CHOOSE PLAN

Once we have analysed your system we will provide some options that are suitable to your installation, making sure to keep it cost effective and reduce your long term risk.

3. BOOK FIRST SERVICE

We will book a date where we will book the first service.  Subsequent services can be either booked in at this point or booked nearer the time.

4. CALL OUTS

In the event of the failure of the pump system it is the reposonsibility of the client to advise and book in a call out date.  A cost will be given and an instruction is necessary unless prior arrangements are in place.  Should excessive call outs occur please discuss your system with us and we can advise options to minimise or eliminate this.

5. TELEMETRY

Prior to any failure occurring, please advise us how you wish to be alerted of such failures.  The standard system is a flashing beacon and a mutable audible alarm.  Residents may consider these rude or annoying and in these circumstances we advise remote telemetry monitoring stations so you know before they do.

6. TANKERS

If there has been a build up of solid matter within your system, it is suggested that a vacuum tanker is used to empty out the solid content.  To avoid permanent damage to the pumps a pump engineer must attend alongside.
