With every costing proposal, you will receive a partially completed 'Order Acknowledgement Form' which requires completion which will confirm company, site and payment details (a preview can be accessed below)

As standard, Paradigm's proposals include:

  • Heavy Duty Control Panel and Kiosk (With Audible Alarm)

  • Full commissioning of the pumping stations (once you are ready to for this to be completed)

Please note that kiosk are optional and if required, this must be mentioned on the 'order acknowledgement' for processing.

Can I purchase with a Credit Account?

Yes, we are able to offer credit accounts for our clients, subject to the outcome of a 'Credit Account Application Form' (as shown below. If we are happy with the results and all references and details are completed and correct, a credit account can be setup to purchase on credit terms from your second order.

What happens on my first order?

All our clients follow the same invoicing structure for their first order, where Paradigm will invoice 100% of the project value upfront before proceeding.

What Happens on my second order?

Following the successful completion of your first order, we follow a 40/55/5 invoicing structure. Your second order will follow this structure and will require payment of each invoice before each stage commences:

  • 40% Proforma Deposit Invoice - must be paid prior to commencing manufacture and assembly

  • 55% Progress Invoice - must be paid prior to delivery to site

  • 5% Commissioning Invoice - must be paid prior to scheduling commissioning onsite following the completion of the our 'Pre-Commissioning Checklist'

Payment is expected before the commencement of each stage on every first order following this structure.

What happens after my second order?

On every third following a successful 'Credit Account Application' and payment without issue on your first order and second order, our 40/55/5 invoicing structure remains in place, however each stage will begin prior to payment being made and each invoiced will be issued under 'credit'.

  • 40% Deposit Invoice - Prior to manufacturing and assembly

  • 55% Progress Invoice - Prior to delivery to site

  • 5% Commissioning Invoice - Once pumping station has been installed and electricity has been installed to supply the control panel and following the completion of the our 'Pre-Commissioning Checklist'

Following prompt and successful payment of your first two orders, all following orders will fall under the credit agreement. Manufacturing and assembling will begin in good faith that our invoice will be paid on or before the due date once it has been issued.

What are Paradigm's payment terms?

Our payment terms are 30 days end-of-month, meaning we will issue an invoice with a due date 30 days after the last day of the month in which it has been invoiced.

Can late payment delay project delivery?

Yes. If any of the invoices shown in the structure above remain unpaid past the due date, we hold the right to withhold goods and services from delivery until payment has been made to ensure the successful completion of the project. This also applies for every first order, if a proforma invoice remains unpaid, any works held by that invoice will not be completed. We cannot be held responsible for any delays onsite due to delivery days resulting from overdue invoice payment.

Do you accept bespoke payment terms?

Yes, but this must be requested by email finance@pump.net, following which, our finance team will be in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

What happens if I don't pay within the terms?

After 14 days of late payment, if no queries have been raised or if all queries have been resolved, you will receive a 14 day 'before-action' letter. After which, if no payment is received, you will receive a 7 day 'before-action' letter. Once the 14 day period has been completed, on day 45 of overdue payment, we will proceed with legal action. To avoid further legal action you must either inform us of your query in writing or make full payment of the overdue invoice.

If any invoice is overdue is not paid within the terms given, we reserve the right to retract our credit terms and all following orders will be paid upfront before any works continue until significant 'trust' has been built and, at the discretion of company owners and following the successful submission and review of a new 'credit account application' form, credit terms can be renewed.
