Placing Orders
At Paradigm, we endeavour to make your life as easy as possible, and the same goes for placing orders. For every order we follow a 40/55/5 invoicing structure:

-
40% Deposit Invoice - Prior to manufacturing and assembly
-
55% Progress Invoice - Prior to delivery to site
-
5% Commissioning Invoice - Once pumping station has been installed and electricity has been installed to supply the control panel and following the completion of the our 'Pre-Commissioning Checklist'.

Can I purchase with a Credit Account?

Yes, we are able to offer credit accounts for our clients, subject to the outcome of a 'Credit Account Application Form' (as shown below. If we are happy with the results and all references and details are completed and correct, a credit account can be setup to purchase on credit terms from your second order.
What happens on my first order?

All our clients follow the same invoicing structure for their first order, only this time orders are submitted as proforma for which payment is expected before proceeding:

-
40% Proforma Deposit Invoice - must be paid prior to commencing manufacture and assembly
-
55% Progress Invoice - must be paid prior to delivery to site
-
5% Commissioning Invoice - must be paid prior to scheduling commissioning onsite following the completion of the our 'Pre-Commissioning Checklist'

Payment is expected before the commencement of each stage on every first order.

What happens on after my first order?

On every order following a successful 'Credit Account Application' and payment without issue on your first order, our 40/55/5 invoicing structure remains in place:

-
40% Deposit Invoice - Prior to manufacturing and assembly
-
55% Progress Invoice - Prior to delivery to site
-
5% Commissioning Invoice - Once pumping station has been installed and electricity has been installed to supply the control panel and following the completion of the our 'Pre-Commissioning Checklist'

However, we do not wait payment for the invoice before proceeding. Manufacturing and assembling will begin in good faith that our invoice will be paid on or before the due date once it has been issued.

What are Paradigm's payment terms?

Our payment terms are 30 days end-of-month, meaning we will issue an invoice with a due date 30 days after the last day of the month in which it has been invoiced.

Can late payment delay project delivery?
Yes, but its rare. If any of the invoices shown in the structure above remain unpaid past the due date, we hold the right to withhold goods and services from delivery until payment has been made to ensure the successful completion of the project. This also applies for every first order, if a proforma invoice remains unpaid, any works held by that invoice will not be completed. We cannot be held responsible for any delays onsite due to delivery days resulting from overdue invoice payment.

Do you accept bespoke payment terms?

Yes, but this must be requested by email finance@pump.net, following which, our finance team will be in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
